We look forward to maintaining & servicing it for years to come. With the purchase of your new home, your AC Unit system can come with the following:

• • An enhanced 10 year manufacturer part warranty on your equipment from the original closing date. To receive this warranty, the AC system must be registered within 60 days* from the day you
    CLOSED on your home. To register your equipment, please contact SunKool at 352-330-1067.**
  • One complimentary preventive maintenance tune-up during the first year. Routine maintenance is very important to help your system operate in peak performance and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs.
  • One free in-home Orientation during the first year. A Sun Kool technician will be able to show you how to operate your thermostat, where your filter is located, and how to change it. It also includes drain cleaning & other maintenance issues you as a homeowner need to be aware of. The technician will also be able to answer any questions you may have.

Please see the additional packages that we can offer you being a Sun Kool customer:

• Extended 10 yr Labor warranty – needs to be purchased within two years from closing date
  • Covers labor for 10 years from the original closing date
  • Does NOT cover maintenance related issues such as a clogged drain line
  • Effective 91 days from the day you purchase. (this is the labor company’s policy, not ours)
  • Service call fees covered Mon-Fri 8am-5pm excluding holidays.
• Maintenance Options: this is required to keep your manufacturer and/or labor warranties active
  • Kool Club: $219/year*
  • SunPlan: $109/year*
• Clogged drain?
  • Avoid fees that your part & labor warranty do not cover by signing up for our Kool Club
    Maintenance program!
• After hours emergency?
  • Being a member of our Kool Club, waives our trip fee when you have an active part & labor
    warranty and need a repair after normal business hours.
